The team works together well, which is important for a software business looking to create new revenue streams, in this case by delivering additional services to our clients. There isn't much that I can say against this product; it does quite what you require from software - reliable software solutions. We have been given good advice on upgrades required at other points in our life-cycle of using IS. Nothing really! They have supported us through each stage of our journey so far. The best thing is that it allows us to work from home without having to worry about getting sick, which in turn saves me money. I dislike how slow it is when loading pages as well as the interface. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected for the page load but not too bad. It's easy to use and has allowed me to make more money while being able to care for my family at home.
