I like that it had a ton of different features and options to choose from. The customer service was very good and they were helpful when i needed help with other issues. They did not have enough servers for all of my websites. It took a while to figure out how everything worked together. I highly recommend Nexcess! I like that they offer multiple platforms for website creation (WordPress). They also have great customer service when you need help with something! The user interface could be made more intuitive so it's easier than digging through menus or going into different windows of your dashboard if there are too many options at once - but this isn't really an issue anymore due to how well designed their product has become over time as new features roll out weekly!!
