This product works exactly as described. If you have a medium adult head, this product will fit snugly and won't fly off during exercise. If you have a very large head I doubt this particular product will fit. This skullcap contains 11% wool, which is enough to keep you warm without itching. I've been wearing them for the past month. and have no complaints. After washing, they dry very quickly (air dry) and are ready for the next walk. They are very thin and light - after a few miles of running I sometimes take them off because of overheating.
