Great Customer Service / Very Friendly Team

I like that we have been able to track all of our leads online using their platform. They are always very quick at responding when there's an issue or something goes wrong for one of my clients (the system). The support team has also improved over time which makes it easy for us now! We don't really dislike anything about this program so far but perhaps more options would be nice!! As always though, they're great people who care about your business needs/concerns - they know what you need before asking and will work hard until its right. If anyone wants good customer service, give them a try- You do not want any other option. Tracking & reporting on new accounts from past marketing campaigns via email blasts and website content management tools.-.
