Review on 🐶 Zelers Ultrasonic Bark Deterrent - Effective Dog Barking Control, Anti Barking Device, Bark Control Whistle, Stop Barking Training Tool (Black) by Theresa Lewis

I bought this bark remedy with equal parts optimism and skepticism. The new neighbors have a German shepherd who barks continuously, about 15 to 30 barks per minute, for no good reason. Last night I turned the containment barks to the lowest setting and after a few minutes the dog was quiet. Device turned off and the dog barked again. Whether this will result in a long-term change in behavior remains to be seen or heard. It has a fairly bright LED that blinks and can draw attention to the device. I cover the LED with foil so as not to attract attention. The bark remover may be too sensitive. It seems to respond to many false alarms, possibly downwind. I'm experimenting with partially covering the mic to reduce sensitivity.
