I try to be eco-friendly wherever I can, but since the morning shower is so important to start the day off right, being comfortable is also important. This shower head is a great combination of practicality and conservatism at a great price. FLOW AND PRESSURE: As many others have said, this shower is no frills and no frills - you get one setting, one pressure, that's it. Luckily the pressure is excellent considering the flow is significantly less than a regular shower head and I actually get more pressure than the regular 2.5g head that was installed when we moved into our apartment. NOISE: Others have complained about the noise, but I don't think it's a problem at all. It's not quiet, even if you're imagining it, but there's no rumble, squeak, vibration or anything - just a spraying sound, which to me is no different than any other (non-luxury) nozzle I've used have. VALVE (optional): I chose a drip valve, which is basically a shut-off switch to save water when you don't need it. A quick push of a button is all it takes to stop the flow of water, saving even more water. I sometimes like to get under water just to feel warm, especially after a long run or day's work outdoors, but there are times when water isn't needed and the trickle valve makes it convenient. Best of all, it feels really good not having to fiddle with the temperature to get the desired result back - no excuses for that at this point! SUMMARY: Overall this is a great product for the price, it works exactly as advertised and I personally think it looks pretty fancy. I appreciate products that get straight to the point and I can say that these guys' investment has gone into creating a great product, not just the packaging that it comes in. I highly recommend this product, especially for those who like long showers. is a pretty convenient way to take a small step toward reducing your water usage (or just save money on your bills!).
