The seller should be ashamed. I want a full refund. I bought this portable tank because I'm leaving town this week. So glad I tested it before putting all four and now three of my fish in for a three hour trip plus about a week after that and then back home which takes another three hours to get home. . First: I received the product, a handle was missing, it had a pink bag that didn't look like gravel, there was a plant in it and two other plants were missing. So the tape in the tank was exposed. I used my nails to remove one of the exposed bands. I put all my fish in the aquarium as a test. I had to clean the big tank. A few hours everything was fine. I took the two biggest fish out of the tank and put them back in a clean tank. I left my Jonsnow and CersiNegan (Black Fish in a portable aquarium for a few hours) as you can see from my uploaded photos. Sersi Negan is dead. I've had all my fish for about a year. I haven't had a problem so far. Johnsnow. I pulled it out as soon as I saw Sersi floating Negan face down on the surface of the water. At first, Johnsnow seemed sluggish and immobile. When he was placed back in his own environment, he slowly began to improve. I will only use this tank for water changes in a large tank. Then I will take the fish out immediately as soon as the large aquarium is cleared. I no longer buy hygiene products. I will also remove the other tape that is also stuck to the same plant and give it a thorough cleaning afterwards.
