Fits as much as I need to be comfortable but worried about longevity. The belt snapped after less than twenty miles of rough terrain. The campsite next to the waterfall noticed some of the clothes were damp, not wet as I hadn't worn them in the rain, but hoped that didn't tell me they weren't waterproof. I will treat it with a waterproofing agent before taking it out again. But also use a liner for extra protection. Cannot afford big brands and own other Naturehike products and given the cost they have been happy with their products. Let's hope that broken belt is an accident and not the norm.
