I mounted it on the chassis of my trailer. They replace the original pull pins. I no longer have to look at both sides of the case to reinsert the pins. Pull the spring-loaded handle, adjust the foot to the desired position, and release the handle. The eccentric is bolted to the leg body so it always lines up with the holes. Yes, you have to go behind the chassis to adjust your foot, but don't fight the pin.
