Review on Zenesys by Adam Gambel

The team was very responsive to our needs and helped us get up and running quickly. They were able to customize the product to suit our specific needs and were always available for support. We had some issues with the software that were not resolved as quickly as we would have liked. I think they could have handled those more professionally. It's possible this was an issue with their service level agreement but it was a bit frustrating. Overall, great experience. Their team was extremely helpful in getting up and running with our new system.
