1) He asked to wrap the glue in, but the glue wasn't included. 2) After I bought it, all the tutorial videos said don't buy it with a home button because the identification (fingerprint) doesn't work - and it doesn't, but I don't really care. 3) It has no instructions and says they are easy to find on the web but difficult to find a good one. 4) Having tools that don't conform to random instructions makes the task harder. 5). It's installed and appears to be working properly.
