The emoji poop balloon does not float.

The balloons were very cute, but I only gave 3 stars because the most desirable balloon, the poop emoticon, was so small that it couldn't float like other balloons when something was with was filled with helium. So it was a bummer. There were also a couple of 16 balloons that had slow leaks which we found when filling them up so they didn't stay nice and inflated. We couldn't do anything about that as we didn't fill them up until the day of the party. Luckily most of them worked great.
