Wow. For the past year I've been recording temperature and humidity using an Arduino with a DHT11 breakthrough. The DHT11's humidity seemed wrong from the start, and it's not very sensitive to known changes. I switched to this SHT31-D and now feel like I wasted a year of registration time. The readings for temperature and humidity are significantly more accurate. Humidity seems perfect and response time is fast (breathe and watch). I also love I2C. If you're thinking of temperature and humidity monitoring, this is for you. Worth the extra cost.
