An INTENSIVE double tap is needed to lift the restriction, following which the screen will glow brightly for two seconds before turning off. At this time, the elderly or the disabled will not be able to change the ring tone or the phone's keypad settings. On this matter, the company has no remorse. The store dismissed my claims after I left them there. Even though I made it clear that I was interested in learning about these features, the salesperson I dealt with did not provide me with any information; furthermore, the tablet in question was not displayed in the window, nor was the necessary demonstration given.
