Defective parts during transport.

I bought this jack to replace our RV. As shipping takes longer due to Covid, we need this item. Upon receipt I noticed that the plastic connector was broken. How do I get a replacement plug without returning the entire product? We received the left and right jacks and both are broken so I need two spares. As far as I can tell, the heavy jack is in good condition. Just broken plastic plugs.
