I need good print quality to make suggestions to customers, so I have to use a genuine HP cartridge. Stuck, I say, due to cost concerns I've never had a single HP quality issue in the 15 years I've used laser printers, but I've had numerous headaches with fake cheap aftermarket cartridges. And I don't know how many times it has happened that when I needed a cartridge and it failed, it happened a few months after purchase and as part of a multipack. I'm just fighting the price wall by picking the provider with the lowest cost and picking X. This one works flawlessly and according to plan, allowing me to get on with my business instead of stomping up and down on my hands next to a pile of ink on striped or stained papers. Instead, I'm able to greet my customers with a happy face, although I haven't checked every document that comes out of the printer for quality, and I don't have to because I'm buying genuine HP paper.
