Bought to have when the original ran out. This works but leaves blue bars on the page. According to research, this is caused by a problem with the toner cartridge and the only way to fix it is to replace it. It's a lot of money to throw away most of a cartridge.

Less than halfway through the cartridge, toner started leaking out of the machine. This happened after we installed a new cartridge for a different color. Strange that this has never happened before. Just disappointed as it's a waste of money. Other orders were fine, but this unit was defective.

Lesson Learned: I tried another brand of Ikuten and wasn't good at matching the color quality for half the price. With no response I went back to HP which is the same quality as the original starter cartridges for my HP M277dw color laser printer. Revain still had the lowest price compared to any retailer or other outlet. A Revain pack of four color cartridges costs more than four individual cartridges.

This is the answer to how long any of these toner cartridges will last. This will replace the one I bought as a backup cartridge when I bought the printer myself in 2015. Only four years. Of course, I only use this printer a few times a week. But given the cost of these things, I think I'll replace the cartridges as needed - it's too expensive to fully clean them all when one comes out. Immediately after installing this cartridge, my printer reported that the cartridge (and the magenta cartridge I installed at the same time) was either counterfeit or used. After several attempts to reinstall them and verify that they are installed correctly, the message does NOT go away.
