The fans arrived and I installed them, they were spinning and glowing but I couldn't control them with the remote. After contacting the seller and exchanging several emails, they decided to send a replacement kit. The second set worked well and I'm happy with it. Overall the installation of removing and then reinstalling 6 fans in your case is not a quick process and was a bit of a hassle. My system build took 7 days longer than expected due to email exchanges and waiting for a replacement. It worked out in the end, I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't taken the extra time and effort to get a working set of fans on my system.
