Good for earlobes or cartilage piercings.
They open quite wide for easy tucking in and they close very securely. They are light and very comfortable. The only issue I had was that the curved "pillar" is slightly thicker than the standard 20 gauge and I had trouble getting through the cartilage piercing. Once on it was fine and the hole would probably stretch a bit if I wear them enough that it wasn't an issue. My earlobes were perfectly fine with it. They are smooth and light and I sleep comfortably in them.
