Not suitable for me Bed pillow

Let me start by saying that I have chronic neck pain. I've been using the same memory foam pillow for years. I've been looking for a new one for a long time, but I can't find a suitable one. Decided to try this pillow. The pillow is well made but the shredded foam inside compresses and feels like hard knots/lumps. The filling bubbled inside and I kept whipping it open. I really wanted to like it. it's just not for me.
