I am 30 years old and have fibrosis and lately I have been waking up with stiff, swollen and achy hands. I also have Raynaud and his Winters so that might play a role in this issue as well. Gloves worn before bed actually prevent most of the pain the next morning. I was very surprised. They are also very comfortable, got another pair as a gift and they have a thumb seam that literally rubbed my thumb knuckle overnight! It took a few days to heal and I never wore those gloves again. These rock! Comfort, compression (soft) and a ride with pain. I will take it!
