There are a few reviews claiming that the Ergo doesn't work with the Wacom Pro stylus, but after installing it I found it worked pretty well... after some adjustments , both physically and mentally. A number of issues raised in the reviews can be attributed to the installation and how tightly the pen nib is screwed on. Too narrow and the Ergo works way below the front edge of the pen button, making the button stiff or inactive. Too loose and the whole grip slips. The whole point of Ergo is to allow you to relax your grip and keep the pen in your hand. But it doesn't give you a free hand, and this mental adjustment is annoying at first. I set it up first thing in the morning and after an 8 hour day at work I was almost set up and fairly comfortable by lunchtime the next day. YMMV depends on hand size of course, but my medium sized hands were much happier and relatively pain free after long days. I've only tried two Ergos, both on a Wacom Pro stylus, so I can't rule out manufacturing tolerances causing some of the issues mentioned in the reviews, but I'm fairly confident of the right tip setting, patience, and willingness to grip setting will lead to satisfaction in most cases. I wouldn't recommend the Ergo for little hands without practicing with the blunt end of a carrot first ;)
