I saw that there are no reviews for this product so I had to intervene. go to the field. This model met all my needs, including the presence of an additional battery and an external microphone. For under $100 I had low expectations but I was wrong. This camera performs a lot better than I thought it would and seems a lot more reliable than other similar cameras I've had in the same price range. There are many small details and features that I was happy to find. The microphone is of good quality and has a built-in battery and shoe and tripod mount. I was so excited that it could be used for pretty much anything, not just this camera. They even included a pigtailed mic cable to keep it out of the way. The screen itself is bigger than I thought it would be and it's brighter. It also pans forward for taking selfies/vlogs. Although I haven't had a chance to use the remote yet, it really seems to be fully functional. You can zoom, turn the front light on and off, and switch between still images and movies. The visor really looks great on sunny days. The camera itself is great, especially at this price point. It records in medium resolution by default, so make sure to set it higher if you want better clarity. There's also built-in image stabilization and zoom that improve the overall shooting experience! A few small notes: - To access the settings menu, press "Mode" 2 times. The menu button next to the screen is only for recording settings, not for camera settings. The front light does not work when the sun visor is on. However, if you use a lens hood, you probably don't need a front light! - There is a hidden piece of plastic inside the remote control that covers the battery when shipped. You need to open the battery case to use it. So if you're looking for a powerful video and photo shooter in a compact package and at a good price, this is a great option.
