This is a compression bag for clothes, which uses a vacuum seal together with the clothes to save space. Ultimately, if you already use it with packing cubes and put them in, it's just not effective. You won't get any more compression. However, if you pack your clothes in loosely (folded), it has some value. Finally, the nylon reinforcement at the top seam of the bag results in the main opening of the bag not being sealed for more than 5 minutes. The choice of rotary vacuum valve is also an issue as it is not a one-way valve. As soon as you release the pressure on the bag, air will begin to flow through it. You really have to fight the bag to get the air out, which causes quite a bit of trouble. There are several other packing cube or traditional roll-top dry bag options that deliver what this item is aiming for, and they do it for less money. After all, this is a 2 starter product for limited clothing wrap use without using any other cube.
