I would like to rate each product individually. I've been using this shampoo for a few weeks and really love it. I was advised to reduce hair loss and it has helped. It's hard to squeeze it out of the bottle but I can unscrew the cap and it works great. I've only used the conditioner twice and it doesn't seem to soften my frizzy hair. It feels a bit dry. However, it is impossible to get it out of the bottle. It's so thick I can't squeeze it out of the bottle. It's so thick I can't push it out even if I unscrew the lid. When I use a conditioner, I have to somehow put it in a different container. As a result, the shampoo is excellent, but the packaging still needs work.
