I wear these for work, sometimes sitting in an office, sometimes bending, lifting, crouching to work on laboratory equipment, which these will let you do! Removing 1 star because the stitching immediately failed on the right leg cuff, which makes it 3/4" longer. So I removed the stitching on the left leg to make the length even with the right leg. Still totally wearable for my leg length, which is why I didn't bother to bring them to a tailor. just annoying to have stitching fail on brand new pants.
