I'm pleasantly surprised at how good this neck massager from Conair is. It is comfortable to wear and massages the neck well with extra soothing warmth. It helps me relax and rejuvenate when I need a little refreshment during the day. The neck brace is made of soft and plush material on the outside and there is an adjustable strap at the ends to fit your neck snugly. The control panel is on the right side. It has an on/off button and a button for shiatsu massage, vibration and heat functions. It also has an auto shut off after 10 minutes of operation. The Shiatsu massage, vibration and heat functions can work independently, which is really nice. The Shiatsu massage function uses rotating knots on the back to knead the neck muscles. The rotation is automatically reversed every minute. The vibration function is simply motorized vibrations with 3 adjustable intensity levels. The heating function only heats, albeit slightly warm. Charger provided. One charge is enough for about an hour of work. There is an LED indicator in the middle of the control panel. It shows working status or charging status when connected. Overall I am very satisfied with this neck massager. It's well made and does what it's supposed to. It is soft and comfortable to wear around the neck. There is some engine noise during operation, which I don't mind considering how well it helps me relax. I would recommend trying it. This works fine for me.
