Review on KIT4CAT Hydrophobic Litter Sample Collection by Peter Cruz

This 2lb KIT4CAT Hydrophobic Filled Sandcat Urine Sampling Kit was quite expensive for a small bag of fill material. But it has a specific purpose, which is to take a urine sample from my cat to the vet. After seeing how small one bag is, I ordered a second one. Later I had the brilliant idea of using something smaller than a regular tray. I used a plastic basket that was larger than a shoe box but smaller than a tray. I would be fine with a cheaper box. I use toilet pads, but you don't need them; Urine never touched the box. Since I have 2 cats and only needed a sample of Sweetie, I put her in the bathroom with a water bowl and water repellent sand. It works like a miracle! I put it down about an hour before going out (you should bring a fairly fresh sample). Since I wasn't in the bathroom with her, I don't know when she left, but there he was sitting on the mat. It didn't mix with garbage at all. I had to use the little dropper a few times to get what I needed but it was very easy. The lid closes fairly securely, but I put it back in the little plastic bag that the vial came in to make sure there weren't any "accidents" in the car. Nothing spilled at all, but I definitely felt safer with the small bottle pouch. I highly recommend this product. That's Candy (LOL).
