Doesn't work at all

Reflectivity is ok but it doesn't stick to anything including itself. I've tried using it to mark some equipment, prep surfaces and apply. The tape came off after a few hours. Tried again, same result. Even tried a third time and heated the tape, no improvement. I do not recommend this product.
