I like this shelf - for the price it seems like what I wanted. I can easily hang 2 adult jackets + a backpack + a purse on the hooks and it's still going strong! Installation was easy except for two issues: 1. The threads on one rod were crooked so we had to find a way to get the connecting screw in. It had to be assembled first (found it out from experience) otherwise the whole stand would be scrap so don't screw it in unless it was made askew on purpose.2. One of the plastic pieces that fits into the top end of the metal rod was missing. It's a bit dangerous because it's eye level and sharpness. The rod is also bent together as if flattened. This affects appearance but doesn't seem to affect anything else. Didn't have to disassemble it to return it.
