I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom and she LOVES it! She used to have a single speed Cuisinart smart stick that was getting old and noisy. So I decided to buy her this as a replacement. She immediately liked the whisk attachment, which is great for quickly whipping cream with a little sourness. The chopper attachment is also extremely practical for soups, as it can quickly chop ingredients without having to clean a knife or the entire food processor. Thus, this thing perfectly saves time and eliminates the hassle. For the soup, the blender attachment worked GREAT, blending it to the right consistency without leaving any "lumps" or other noticeable bits. Variable speed is handy too, as it eliminates spatter and allows you to get just the right consistency for what you're mixing or the size of the pieces you're cutting. In the end, I haven't seen many other hand blenders with so many great features at such a good price.
