Great compact massage gun to take with you after workouts and runs. I was looking for a way to reduce post-workout recovery time, and massage guns kept popping up, so I decided to get one. This massage gun is great because its size and carrying case allow me to take it anywhere. I love using it in the car after a hard workout at the gym and I can immediately tell the difference in my post workout muscle soreness. The gun has amazing power for its compact size and has four power settings. It also comes with four different massage gun heads. The flat head is great for general muscle relaxation. The ball head is used for muscle massage and is my personal favourite. There's a trigger head that helps deep tissues like my joints and finally there's a forked head that's great for going around the heel and neck. Changing heads is very easy. I just plug one in and then pull it out when I want to switch to another. The gun itself charges very quickly via USBC, and the charging cable and more can be stored in the carry case with the heads and gun.
