I like that we can easily share our code with our customers as well as give them access to ours. It's easy to use and get started quickly. We are able to create documentation pages in minutes without any knowledge of HTML or CSS. The support is also great! They respond quickly to our questions and help us figure things out when needed. There isn't anything we dislike about this tool. So far it has been very helpful in creating a better customer support experience. It makes creating documentation easier than ever.
