Review on Sennheiser SDW 5066 (507024) - Double-Sided Wireless DECT Headset for Desk Phone Softphone/PC & Mobile Phone, Dual Microphone, Ultra Noise Cancelling, Black by Ashwin Patel

This is our seventh Sennheiser headset. The first 6 work fine. The first bug ticket for this device was filed less than 30 days after purchase. Since then, the problems have steadily worsened until the device has become unusable. Since EPOS acquired Sennheiser earlier this year, customer service has become a joke. People are very polite but claim to lose touch after filing bug fix tickets and can't reach the department that makes 'decisions'. I've been using Sennheiser since the early 70's when I invested in a pair of fantastic HD414s. Needless to say, my recent experience was a huge disappointment.
