I bought these because I have other quality Sennheiser products. However, when I asked Sennheiser support for help, I realized they were no longer associated with this product and referred me to EPOS customer support. EPOS customer support only wanted to communicate via email and when I called someone they had difficulty communicating in English and promised to send documentation which they never sent because it didn't really exist. no Just no. Returned.

This is our seventh Sennheiser headset. The first 6 work fine. The first bug ticket for this device was filed less than 30 days after purchase. Since then, the problems have steadily worsened until the device has become unusable. Since EPOS acquired Sennheiser earlier this year, customer service has become a joke. Premium headset. I paid about $300. This is the best headset I've ever had. For those who want great sound. I use it for calls, webinars and screen recording tutorials. I use it every day. I was shocked by the quality of the microphone input and the noise reduction when recording. On the recording it sounds like I'm speaking into a condenser microphone. You have done a great job with this headset.

Very comfortable and sounds great. Seamless transitions between Microsoft Teams calls and mobile calls. Can't say I'm a fan of Microsoft Teams noise reduction, you don't hear your own voice and it sounds muffled from the noise reduction.

Absolutely not worth the money. It's a good headset, but not worth the price. It should cost around $80. The headset is very comfortable, but the sound is poor, the noise cancellation is generally terrible, the device connects well via Bluetooth, but it's bad for landline phones. Also, Bluetooth isn't built into the headset itself, but is attached to the base, so range is very limited.
