Review on Sennheiser SDW 5066 (507024) - Double-Sided Wireless DECT Headset for Desk Phone Softphone/PC & Mobile Phone, Dual Microphone, Ultra Noise Cancelling, Black by Kim Knowles

I spend most of my day on video calls, so I needed a headset that was durable, comfortable and had excellent microphone noise isolation. My previous Sennheiser battery died (18-24 months) so I replaced it with this headset in early 2020. The microphone's noise isolation is excellent, but that's where the pluses end. I found the headset significantly heavier than my previous Sennheiser and left a dent in my head after prolonged use. Also, a key piece of the headset broke within 6 months; This is a very small plastic connector that connects the headset to the charger. Switching the device on and off via the charger should stress this tiny piece of plastic to the point where it breaks. The strength and heaviness are not right for the price.
