NOT Sennheiser. This is an EPOS product.

I bought these because I have other quality Sennheiser products. However, when I asked Sennheiser support for help, I realized they were no longer associated with this product and referred me to EPOS customer support. EPOS customer support only wanted to communicate via email and when I called someone they had difficulty communicating in English and promised to send documentation which they never sent because it didn't really exist. no Just no. Returned.
