Review on Sennheiser SDW 5066 (507024) - Double-Sided Wireless DECT Headset for Desk Phone Softphone/PC & Mobile Phone, Dual Microphone, Ultra Noise Cancelling, Black by Marina Smith

I bought this DECT headset to replace my Logitech H820e. The Logitech earbud broke despite being handled with care. This headset is well made and heavier than Logictech. The audio quality from other people and my microphone is excellent when I join Zoom and Google meetings. I like being able to answer my Windows Mobile and Desktop apps on the same base station. The only downside I found is that the manufacturer didn't include a mute indicator on the headset boom. When I'm pacing the phone, I like to see the red light on the boom so I know I'm on mute. Update: Sennheiser support is fantastic! They track and leave voice messages for each ticket. Given the lack of a mute indicator on the mic boom, I felt I should have just bought the $160 Logitech H820e knowing the headset was going to fail in a few years.
