Sennheiser is known for its sound quality and they have achieved it with this headset. Unfortunately, everything else is terrible. When you're shopping for a headset to use with your computer, you probably want more than great sound quality. You want it to work with your phone, Webex, and other headsets. It's difficult to set up and requires constant attention to make it work. I couldn't get it to work at all with my desk phone. Customer service is non-existent. You can call the number but you will never get through to anyone, I was on the line for 33 minutes before giving up. I left a message and never received a reply. I now have two headsets on my desk, one for my phone and one for my computer, which isn't cool for my nearly $300 purchase. I'm considering sending it back. I would not recommend buying. My wife has a Jabra Evolve 75 which works much better for about the same money.
