I just received this headband and it worked great! Putting the phone in the holder was easy. I felt my phone was secure. The bracelet stayed in place throughout my workout. The only thing I changed is the key holder. My main reason for ordering the headband was to be able to go to the gym and train hands-free without using a locker. The slot is quite small and fits a key, but many cars like mine don't have a key so you end up with a key fob that doesn't fit. So I had to get a locker anyway. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting.
