Review on 🏋️ PLANTAR FASCIITIS Massage Ball with Hot & Cold Therapy by Dr. Scholl's by Dan Unruh

Love the design, you can fill it hot/cold/empty. You need a coin, a nickel is offered, but a penny is also good to screw the lid on tightly or the water will spill. I never fill more than one bottle. I've used a few times here and there and I'm fast. Not the fault of the product but laziness in using it. I use a few days when I stretch my corner / walk several hours, have you noticed a significant improvement? I'm not sure, maybe you really have to get sick a lot to feel the difference? But it looks great, well designed and good value, nothing to complain about.
