I would rate this shirt 3.5 stars. I rounded up but could have rounded down. Pros: 100 Polyester is a good material for training; comfortable; bright colors; neutral: looks good overall but in some angles (see this is a big problem with ordering online but this large shirt looks almost like XL. I'd say order a full size down. I'm 6ft 190lbs and the large shirt was too big Both length and width I would say the plus size fits a person who is 6.2lb and 220lb. Apart from the sizing issue and some stitching issues this is overall a good quality shirt with bright colors .3.5 stars.
