Review on ✂️ Schick Quattro Razor - Achieve an Exceptionally Smooth Shave with 1 Razor by Amanda Perkins

Blades last 40% longer

I've used the Mach 3 and Quattro alternate days side by side for over 6 months. I had to change the blade to the Mach 3 well before I changed it to the Quattro. In this test, the Quattro lasted about 40% longer. This of course can vary, may not be as good in other trials, and judging when you need to switch to a new blade is subjective, but the difference was so significant that it seems to be beyond subjective and far outweighs 5% . or something added value. Before that I enjoyed using the Mach 3. I don't see or feel any other significant difference in performance, feel, ease of cleaning, and storage. Other reviewers' comments make no sense to me and do not match what I see on other sites like (.). I've even wondered if Gillette has people collecting reviews - but of course it's silly as to why they ever do it. If I worked in Schick's marketing department I would say how long the blades would last. Wasn't that the performance of Wilkinson Sword years ago? Selling replacement blades is the money and both companies want to draw our attention to shave quality etc. Don't try to extend the life of these blades! Enjoy smooth and easy use of your new blade! But of course we all think about when to buy a new set of knives, and I would argue that market share is a more important factor for Schick. Maybe the Quattro lasts 40% longer than Schick's own 3 blade, and (whatever) the 3 blade (which I haven't tried) matches the Mach 3. Now I prefer the Quattro - 6 over 4. .
