These remotes are pre-programmed for our 2005 GMC Envoy. Both remotes work great and all functions work as expected. The keys have been cut to fit our current key and are slightly shorter than the Ilco key that we received with the car, but will fit the car door and ignition. Ignition is more demanding on freshly cut keys and they need to be pushed in a certain direction when turning, but this is probably due to the way they were cut rather than the product itself. Everything works great and that's the main thing.
