Exactly what I needed!
My daughter wanted to make tutus for her birthday. That was excellent! It had a wide range of colors at a great price. There wasn't much elastic (at least not enough for 4-10 year olds) but we used the band anyway. We made 4 very full packs and have plenty left for next time.
