Review on Eviciv Portable Monitor: Touch Screen, Built-In Speakers, 7-Inch Display (1024X600), MDS-702 by Danny Ross

The touchscreen works great with the Raspberry Pi 4. Several cables are included for different configurations. Everything worked fine for a couple of months of intermittent use, but turning on the device once something weird happened and then the screen kept rotating vertically and horizontally (but touch input didn't work). I reported this to the tech support email address and received a helpful response in less than 24 hours. The support team is located in Asia and there is a slight language barrier, but they were very responsive and helpful. After determining that it was indeed a hardware issue, they sent me a brand new unit which I received within a few days. Since then the device has worked flawlessly. Although I had an issue with my first device, I am very happy with the company behind their product and the speed with which they fixed any issues.
