Let me start by saying that I am an Internationally Certified Medical Aromatherapist. I found this product misleading. I was expecting Arnica Montana to be the main ingredient in the oil, along with some A. cordifolia oil. It smells like wintergreen, a much cheaper essential oil commonly found in typical topical pain relievers. Wintergreen is a volatile oil, meaning it loses its potency quickly and dries out quickly. It dries too quickly and once it dried I couldn't smell the other essential oils in the formula and I know them all by smell. A simple formula with Arnica Montana in the right amounts and from a trusted source that doesn't stretch or adulterate their oil would be far better. I usually make my own formulas, but I was curious about others. As you can see, it wasn't enough for good pain relief. I would not buy again. In my professional opinion, the oil is of inferior quality. However, the seller was ok and the SHIPPING was fast and packaged. Perhaps this product is suitable for those who have a slight pain.
