I've noticed that most NZXT stuff is coming back and ending up on Revain. Even "acceptable" ones with "cosmetic imperfections greater than 1 inch" are brand new. It's all about the dust on the pads because they attract it. It can be erased in just 1 second. Except for the guy who sent the 120mm lens back in a 140mm box (you know what you did to save $2. Buyers should beware that Revain staff testing products can't tell the difference.), I've only had great experiences. As for the product, I bought all the NZXT RGB to keep it in sync. Only to realize that CAM doesn't really sync different products of their own brand. For example, all fans are synchronized, but the breathing effect does not match the effect of their own bottom glow. It's honestly just a minor annoyance, and only if you're using an effect that includes rhythm.
