I purchased an Alexandria dinnerware set from Gourmet Basics online through Revain as a gift for a friend. They were delivered to me earlier than expected and looked exactly like the picture shown online. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the outer box was partially torn apart and one of the serving plates was broken into pieces. The inner package appears to have been properly forwarded, so I suspect it was accidentally dropped by UPS staff. However, when I called Mikasa to report a defective item, they immediately promised to send a replacement, no questions asked. The replacement bowl arrived within a week, just before my friend's birthday. So I was very happy with Mikasa's customer service and would definitely recommend other people to buy their products online as I did.
