To be honest I didn't know what to expect when I opened the box. As soon as I put it in hot water (VERY HOT) it was flexible and a bit sticky. Because it's so thin, I was expecting to chew it through the first night. nope Hard and tough! What I like best is that it's not bulky like other silicones I've had. i chew them It stays in my mouth like the tube I wore years ago. I am impressed. Would buy again.
